I definitely recommend this hotel to others.

Hotel was nice. Night staff, Lizzy, was great Day staff, especially GM Suzan Musa were very unprofessional, rude and seemed to be more interested in reducing their payroll costs than providing the client with an enjoyable stay. Will not stay at this facility again as long as she manages it.

I liked the easy access and how comfortable the beds were.

My stay wasn't that great because there was a lingering smell of dog pee. The hotel did accommodate me by changing my room but by that time I was already dissatisfied. Other than that, I probably would have had a decent stay.

Very nice, staff was outstanding

Our room did not have warm/hot water in the kitchen or bathroom sinks. When my husband went to the front desk to report both the water and that the phone didn't work, the person gave us the option of changing rooms at midnight. The maintenance guy came the next morning and checked things out. He changed a part in the closet for the water line and we had a little warm water in the sinks for a short amount of time. He also told us that our room was one of 4 plumbed differently than the rest of the building. For the rest of the stay, we had to get warm water from the bath tub. We stayed at this property a year ago and had a great experience so based on that we booked again. May look for another option for next year.

It was a very cold and very windy day, easy parking made it quick to load and unload. The pool area was of course closed up but the wind had made it a little jumbled. Super nice staff, friendly and helpful. Loved the liquer store and restaurants so close and although right off the highway, super quiet!

I wish hotels had more comfortable chairs in the rooms. Would really help after a long day on the road.
