I wish hotels had more comfortable chairs in the rooms. Would really help after a long day on the road.

I wish the rooms had hooks for coats as it is cold there. There’s also no hooks in the bathroom for the hand towels. The sound of the washer is very loud. One night a dog wouldn’t stop barking and the front desk lady was so nice and apologetic even though it wasn’t her fault. The breakfast was great, very clean and great location. I love the kitchen. They need more blankets, one night we asked for one and they had run out!

Everyone did a fantastic job. Friendly, clean, professional, and responsive. I am looking forward to my next stay!

Staff were all great. Smiles on their faces and willing to help my entire 6 day stay. Clean and fresh unlike other places I have been. Bed was comfortable and room temp was easily maintainable. Would definitely recommend and use again.

When we arrived, Vanessa greeted us warmly and quickly assigned us the room we requested. She got us the extra towels my wife always needs, and did so each night of our 3-day stay. She also kindly gave us a late checkout, as we were exhausted from visiting the hospital for an ill relative. Gloria made an excellent breakfast with the traditional Southern biscuits and gravy, eggs, and sausage. The room was perfect, and we never heard any sounds from anyone in the hall or adjoining rooms. We appreciated the spacious parking lot and the proximity to major arteries leading to Tulsa. This has been our "go-to" hotel for many years when we visit our family in Tulsa. We always know we can enjoy a reliable, friendly, efficient experience.

The room itself smelled TERRIBLE!! It was like someone burnt something in there. Every time I walked in the room I said it smells awful in here. The bed was so uncomfortable. I kept checking to make sure there were no bed bugs, too. There was a gross grease like film on the television. We got up and were out of there by 8am which is not like us at all.
