First time to stay here and extremely impressed! Great visit and very comfortable

The at the front was so sweet an breakfast was amazing

No jacuzzi

My stay at this hotel was very disappointing. The bed was extremely uncomfortable; the bed sheets were not clean. There were bugs in the room. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel

The linens were very old, stained and worn. The hallways smelled nice although the carpets were dirty. The bed was terrible and the mattress pad was old and didn’t fit. This was the worse Towneplace Ive ever stayed. I have to come back to this area although I won’t be staying there. I will try to Hilton Garden next month.

Friendly and professional staff. Safe. Rooms exceptionally clean and met my needs. The only negative comment is even tho the beds were comfortable the memory foam mattress wasnt for me. Like sleeping on a marshmallow But i also understand different people/different needs. This will be my stayover spot again!

I was not forewarned that construction would be going on and would have not chosen to stay here during this time . The Staff that my family did interact with was pleasant and some of them smiled and greeted us.

our suite showed wear, bathtub has rust stains, in adequate trash cans, no ice on our floor, one elevator was out of service due to construction on the ground floor, the fire alarms went off twice due to a malfunction on the third floor. My personal favorite was putting 80 yo in the suite the farthest from all exterior doors and elevators.

Staff was very nice!
