I liked the friendly staff and the location of the hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable, however we did not get the type of room we booked due to remodeling. I feel the hotel could have communicated this before our arrival so we could have booked somewhere else or at the very least offered something as an apology. Other than that it was a very good experience and i would recommend to others.

"Don’t be fooled by the reviews on the Marriott website!"

Several issues that I discussed with Management and Customer Service that were not addressed. Housekeeping coming into our room with do not disturb sign up, very excessive noise and disruptive people around us, etc. Will not stay here or recommend to others. Disappointed in this Marriott property.

The location is good for our needs when we visit in the Tulsa area. The room was great, and we liked the way the room was set up with a kitchenette. The closet between the entryway and the bathroom was handy for storage.

Overall our stay was fine.. was unable to extend my stay an additional week because the hotel was undergoing remodeling and their inventory was not updated online as per the front desk. I had to book at another hotel. Checked in on Monday and checked out Saturday, housekeeping never came during our stay. Phone out of order, floor lamp wouldn’t stay on, socket issue on on/off switch. Bathroom fan didn’t work. Shower barely got warm.. appears that was corrected on Friday.
