The attendant checked us in, then I received a call at midnight saying since we haven’t arrived they were going to charge me again. I stated I am in room 523. Then they tried to charge us for breakfast, even though with our booking it was included.

The staff was very welcoming.

We found our room had numerous bugs and were told they were “ladybugs” and I’m hoping that’s what they were.
