"Great hotel and staff"

Super nice hotel, my family and I were upgraded to a 2 queen suite, the first night we had issues with the HVAC blowing cold air and Lisa? I believe that was her name was super sweet and got us into a new room very quickly. Everything after that was great.

To put an older couple on the third floor with no elevator is not reasonable. Also, my room is very hot. The thermostat is set on 65 and the window is open. I'll never stay here again.

I like candlewood suites for longer stays. For just an overnight, it's nice to have breakfast, but the facilities are very nice.

"Bed bugs do not stay here!! Terrible management."

Bed Bugs!!! I have 47 bed bug bites from this place. I told the staff and were told the manager would call me. The manager never called. I reported to IHG and there is nothing they can do since it is a franchise. This hotel chain does not take care of its customers at all and I will never stay at any hotel under this chain again. After getting bit in the middle of night, I did the iron test on the bed and bed bugs showed themselves on the mattress pad cover.
