Always enjoy my visits to this hotel but particularly the relaxing atmosphere in the bar with the always friendly, helpful and entertaining Peter. An asset to the hotel.

Sanctuary bar is the best ! Peter is hands down the best server . Every time I come back he's there with my favorite drink !

Always a very pleasant experience when we visit, we live close by and come here regularly for food and drinks and Peter always goes above and beyond for guests. Peter always greets you with a smile on his face and his customer service skills are next level.

We recently stayed at the Crowne Plaza Blanchardstown and had such a wonderful experience that I felt compelled to leave a review. First and foremost, I would like to extend a very special thank you to Devang the Duty Manager for organising our stay. From booking our accommodation and arranging dinner in the bar to being available throughout our visit to ensure everything was perfect, their attention to detail and genuine care made all the difference. Nothing was too much trouble, and it was clear from the moment we arrived that they wanted us to have the best possible experience. Our room was absolutely spotless, spacious, and beautifully presented. We were welcomed with a delicious dessert tray, a thoughtful welcome card, robes, and slippers, which immediately made us feel valued and at home. One small detail that really stood out was the abundance of bath towels provided. So often, hotels seem to provide the bare minimum, especially for families, but there were more than enough for everyone, which was very much appreciated. The food was exceptional. Every meal we had was delicious, but the standout dessert was undoubtedly the passion fruit panna cotta with meringue and honeycomb. It was absolutely divine and one of the nicest desserts I've had in a long time. My husband thoroughly enjoyed the Thai green curry with rice, while my sons both loved their meals—the fish and chips and the chicken and chips were both excellent and received glowing reviews from two very happy diners! What truly sets this hotel apart, however, is the staff. The level of service we received was second to none. Every member of staff we encountered was friendly, professional, attentive, and genuinely eager to help. They went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed and made us feel welcome throughout our stay. Unfortunately, as we were only staying for one night, we didn't get the opportunity to make full use of all the facilities, such as the gym or spending more time in the bar area. However, based on every other aspect of our visit, I have no doubt they would have been equally impressive. We had an absolutely fantastic stay from start to finish and would not hesitate to highly recommend Crowne Plaza Blanchardstown to anyone looking for exceptional hospitality, comfortable accommodation, and outstanding food. In fact, we enjoyed our stay so much that we are already booked to return on 23rd July, and all four of us are genuinely looking forward to coming back. Thank you once again to Devang and the entire team for making our stay so memorable. We can't wait to see you again soon!
