"This motel needs repairs or upgrades."

The breakfast was average nothing special.

The desk clerk could not find my reservation, even with my confirmation number. He suggested I pay a room for the night and get a refund from the booking company. He did find the reservation and checked us in.

Breakfast is always amazing & the front desk staff was extremely helpful.

The pillows actually feel like they're made of concrete. :(

Most everything was great!

So I the shower value was on backwards but I was not aware and thought there was no hot water. The staff did show me how to work it, but this is something that should be posted.

The breakfast was well perpared my children really enjoyed it. The staff was very friendly and willing to help. The rooms were very cozy for resting and to chill

Well the only thing I didn't like and it can not be helped was if the stay could have been closer to the beach and more convenient for the beach of Gulf Shores . A suggestion to help customers more convenient to offer a customer pass to park at the beach at an affordable price, this would also help customers who are first timers to use a public parking at the beach, because it takes a couple of times to figure how things work, and also let customers know where there is free parking for the public as well.
