Easily accessible location. Very small pool. Could extend breakfast hours. Great parking. Walking distance to: nice grocery stores, to live music bar/grill and a nice little coffee shop. Had a great parking lot. Felt safe in this location.

Did not get the room I paid for. Paid for a standard king room. Got a room for handicap person for wheelchair. Could not take a shower because all the water ran out on the floor. Demanded a refund. Manager says nothing he can do. Said booking.Com was responsible. Still trying to get a refund. Holiday Inn Express should refund me asap !!!
