Room 212, On arrival,fan on ,doors open very hot,NO air.. Having asthma,i struggled to breathe. This was an "internal "view room overlooking a room across the gap of max 6foot, no air flow or windows to fresh air. A fan 1 foot from my pillow,whirring all night. I asked the manager to assist with my Chest issue...the response purely selfish and evil. I could upgrade to penthouse for an extra £150.00..i refused out of principal,found alternative hotel .MySELF, and told him his lack of care and concern beyond belief. BUYER BEWARE

Amazing little secret escape. We stayed here for 1 night and wow its was amazing. The spa facilities were ok had what we needed ie pool sauna and steam room and treatments of wanted but we were just needing and escape for the weekend. We dined there in the evening and the food did not disappoint Chole was the chief at cocktails and was excellent. I could not highlight any negatives just a real retreat to get you away. The breakfast was a full English and the bacon and sausages locally resourced which again was really good. Overall a comfy bed a good night's sleep and a great little getaway.
