"Beautiful Hotel"

I stayed at this beautiful Hotel at the weekend as my daughter and son were taking place in the Great North Swim Run Windermere. Hotel and surroundings are beautiful, the rooms were clean and the mattress and pillows were soooo comfy. Staff were very polite and so helpful. I would definitely come back to stay if I’m in the Lakes. Sharon on reception needs a mention as she found out about my jacket I’d left behind in my room and dealt with the return pront. Thanks to all the staff though

It was very welcoming and staff were so helpful and amazing, the room was clean and tidy and very well stocked with things for us to use like extra towels and some tea and biscuits,not to mention we also pre booked morning breakfast and the buffet was incredible food was super well made and there was lots of variety all round was an amazing stay!!

"Relaxing weekend"

Overall good , a few issues at breakfast, toast fell out of the toaster down the back , no sauces out , but the food was good, staff on the whole helpful and friendly
