Was enticed to stay here due to the Hyatt name and all the outstanding reviews but this hotel is very similar to other 3 star hotels. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The AC was right next to the bed and made it hard to sleep. The breakfast was okay. The website says there is a restaurant that offers lunch and dinner but no such thing. I can find similar stay elsewhere for less.
Pool and spa were both available and clean. Staff was very interested in helping whenever appropriate.
So close of the beach which is really amazing.
