Hotel Saptagiri

Comfortable but food not great.

Large, clean and well equipped room. The hot water was tepid at best. Some my find the road noise intrusive. I had 'phoned the hotel 4 weeks before my arrival to arrange the '2 way transfer' included in the booking. There was no one to collect me from the airport at the prearanged time. I had to get a taxi. Hotel reception was curt and unfriendly. A different receptionist on my departure was almost tacit, but chewed and belched loudly during my attempted conversation with him!

I booked this hotel since I wanted something cheap & easy right after getting off the plane at 3am. The hotel is less than 15mins from the airport. When I arrived I was disappointed how small and low budget it was. I've stayed at cute small cheap hotels before, but this one looked run down and nothing like the pictures shown. Everything was old and outdated. It's cheap and good for just a quick nap, but I wouldn't stay longer than that. Also, horrible breakfast. I wouldn't stay here again.

I booked this for my parents who are traveling from US to India.. the hotel is easily located.. good rooms and good food as well.. they have a restaurant as well..we will definitely book it again. Laksinu

Could have been cleaner. Hair in bathroom. Dusty. No wash cloths or soap. Staff needed deoderant

SUrroundings are awful. Taxi who supposed to pick me up at 23h30 did not turn up, I had to call a several times. FOrutnately, after several phone calls, he came ! Cleaniless and overall status is just average.

Very conveniently located next to the IGI New Delhi airport. Nice clean room and bathroom, overall a comfortable stay for a day or two of layover. Service ok. On flip side - bathroom towels were stained and not clean. WiFi not working and had to wait until the next day for it to start working.

We needed an airport Hotel just to spend a night before flying home to the UK next day. This hotel is ideally located very close to the airport it does exactly what it is described to do. It is very close to a Flyover but we could not hear any traffic noise. It is not a base for Sight seeing in Delhi. It is near a modern Shopping Mall with designer stores which is a short Taxi ride. Not much to see or do in walking distance, would recommend eating in the Hotel Restaurant where we found the Menu and Service to be very good.

Not a great hotel and some noisy guests during night but Hotel is convenient for brief one night stay if on an early flight from Delhi Airport. Good Airport transfer service included
