Club Wyndham Towers on the Grove

The location waa freat

Paid for oceanview but waa pit in a room that was on the street so it was very noisy

Didn’t stay, over booked and didn’t have any rooms available

Staff rude and my reservations were down sized due to them overbooking and no refund provided.

The room we had was amazing it was a suite and it was like an apt even had washer dryer full kitchen i would go there again

Our reservation at this hotel was changed due to overbooking done by Hotels.com and we were told we had to be relocated an hour before check in. We had to be relocated to another property after spending about an hour on the phone to get new hotel reservation at Club Wyndham Westwinds. The staff at Club Wyndham Westwinds was extremely helpful, professional and attentive. Never again booking Wyndham Towers on the Grove.

Hotel rooms and pools were very clean

The fact that all the furniture is wired and attatched to the walls tells you all you need to know. Bed was comfortable

Didn't like the high pressured sales pitch trying for me to say I didn't like RCI or Orange Lake Resort where I have my time share. Sales person was not well informed at all and really couldn't explain details.

DO NOT BOOK! DO NOT BOOK! DO NOT BOOK! We were 6 hours into our 8 hour drive to the resort and Club Wyndham called to tell us they overbooked and had to move us to another property that was not as nice as this one. They offered no refund, no apology, no compensation. After doing some research it turns out they overbook on purpose and do this quite often if you’re not a timeshare owner. This should be illegal! I will be telling everyone I know not to book with Club Wyndham and I will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau.
