Helpful staff who cleaned our room

Near every where

The half shower door should be updated to a be a whole shower door or curtain. If someone is having a shower it makes the bathroom floor wet and slippery which is dangerous for kids and even adults. It is nice to look at first but if you are utilizing it all the time it is annoying to keep on drying the floor. The pool area also need some updates.

Well managed building ,needs window security updates, deteriated pop rivets in window security. And happy in the resort

The staff are very accomodating and breakfast buffet is so good especially the tartar sauce that goes with the fish it is super delicious.We will surely gonna be back, for the staff in this hotel is very accomodating and super nice. See you soon!

The toilet bowl suddenly flushed out filled with dirty colored black liquid when we asked the housekeeping officer they told us apologetically that there was a maintenance being done and the dirty liquid was due to the maintenance. we are so saddened that it happened when we were there and my concern was its very unhygienic .

Rooms are quite big and best suited for a family. Since they have big rooms, I wish that the wifi connection for all our devices would be allowed. While I've stayed here around January, I do wish that rooms are in a better condition now, if not, I hope renovation is in the plans.
