Astoria Plaza

My first time in this hotel. Very helpful and respectful staff. Breakfast was included in my booking and was very good. Room was big and clean. Large tv with many apps. Lots of malls nearby. My only issue was drain in the bathroom was clogged.

My family and I stayed for my mom’s birthday.The staffs are very nice,approachable,friendly and respectful.When I made a complain regarding a broken aircon,they are very quick to resolve the issues. I cant thank them enough for all the beautiful memories i had in Astoria

No hot water in the bathroom

It was well worth it. My family had fun!

Our unit was spacious. Breakfast food options were great. It is walkable to Megamall, Podium and other malls. The downside of it is that you won’t be able to get a ride from Grab during rush commutes because it it too close to the malls so you end up walking.

We'll manage rooms and buildings. Location has easy access to all your needs (grocery, fast food and etc.) Staffs are accommodating and professional and help us from checking in up until we checked out. Just need an bit of cleaning on the pool area.

It was a pleasant stay , however when I tried to request late check out they only gave me 30 minutes extra till 12:30 pm. When I tried to inquire how much it would to stay additional 4 hours since our flight was not till later, they wanted over 50-60 percent of rate . I also suggested that they revise the sharp edge on the mantle above tv as my son who is way taller than me hit his forehead on the sharp edge .
