Very nice quiet location. Very close to downtown carmel. Rooms we’re nicely accommodated and very clean Coffee maker available in the room

It was a beautiful experience.

Thanks Carmel River Inn for a couple of great stays, just before and after a trip to Big Sur. The location is ideally suited for trips down the Big Sur coast. The rooms were clean, spacious, and quiet (even with proximity to Highway 1).

Great location, very friendly staff, clean and right on the Carmel Valley River. Plenty of space for our dog to play & walk about each day without cars zipping by.

Breakfast not served, coffee available, and cookies. Personnel were very helpful and responsive.

Everything was satisfactory.

That it gave you a sense of security. As well as the grounds were being maintained and worked on.

I am disabled and having my service dog was a big plus. There’s no charge as always for service dogs. There were other dogs on the property as well. The grounds were clean and doggy bags were provided for those that didn’t bring theirs.

Helped get the room we required. Extra towels and pillows when needed.

Very cute, cozy and quiet!

This place is wonderful with individual "cabins" and "glamping" cabins. We did not stay in the 2 story hotel building, but for our family the cabins worked great. Everyone had privacy but easily able to share and get together. It's dog friendly, easy access to most attractions, and the facilities are clean and charming. We had a very comfortable bed and roomy bathroom. If you have a dog, there is plenty of room for walks. We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend, especially over a typical hotel or inn as it's a great value for a place so unique.
