Lovely hotel room, felt very welcome by staff. Bedroom clean and comfy bed. In a great location, up the road from barter books! Very nice decor downstairs, parking available. Can’t wait to return :)

Check in was very quick and efficient

Our room (coble) was very hot, inadequate water pressure for the shower. Something woke us at 4am the first morning, it sounded like a pump going off every 25 seconds. This continued for a couple of hours. The next morning, at 1am, rowdy guests trying to get back in through possibly the wrong door which wouldn't open for them but was right next to our room. This continued for approximately 1 hour.

"Great place lovely and clean and modern. The only thing to spoil it was other noisy guests"

The room was beautiful, the bed was comfy. The extras were great tea, coffee hit chocolate and biscuits Extras in the bathroom and a Fab shower Parking on site too

The external door was near our room and other guests were in and out late at night banging the door. The walls were very thin and you could hear extractors in other rooms. Loud music was played in the morning from the kitchen too. Bad nights sleep due to noise.

Friendly, helpful staff, especially Connor. Clean comfortable room, close to everything.

Using fire escape for entrance and exit between 10 p.m. and 10 a.m.
