Bowden Lodge Hotel

We were made to feel at home right from start of our stay.

Friendly welcome, spotlessly clean. Breakfast was plentiful with lots of choices.

Hosts always welcoming & helpful. Great ensuite rooms & fantastic breakfast. We cannot recommend highly enough

Very friendly welcome to a clean and well run property. Close to the town centre with free parking and a great breakfast. I will hopefully stay again in the future.

I was on my own so just booked a single room. It was small but clean and comfortable with hairdryer, a well stocked hospitality tray and everything I wanted. I only have a light breakfast but I saw others ordering afull english and saying how good it was. I cannot find any fault with Bowden Lodge and will stay there again when I'm in the area.

Very happy with the level of service and quality of this family run hotel/guest house. Food was top notch; the owners were friendly, helpful and welcoming. Made for a comfortable and stressless short stay. Added bonus of having its own parking. All within walking distance of town centre. Would definitely stay there again.

Smaller hotel in one of the old houses at the end of Lord Street. We needed a place to sleep at night while visiting family in the area, and this suited perfectly. The room was quiet. They had free off-street parking, and wifi. The staff was friendly, and breakfast was cooked to order in the morning. Walking distance to the shops in Lord Street and the seafront.
