The Woodleigh coach house a lovely little guest house with a cafe attached. It's a beautiful building. We walked down the road to The Old Thatched Inn for a meal in the evening. I'd recommend taking a torch and using the guest house's high vis jackets if you plan to do that.

A really convenient place to stay. Just off the A30, but far enough away not to be disturbed by any traffic noise. We had two quiet, relaxing nights at this charming place. Our welcome from Cathy was friendly and she gave us a quick run through of the COVID precautions that were in place before showing us to our room. We were in the de-luxe bedroom which was light and airy with a lovely view over the hills and countryside. The en-suite facilities were clean and roomy. There is a good choice of breakfasts available, and the Full English was delicious. All in all, a lovely place and one which we will return to when we revisit Exeter.

The property is in a perfect position just off the A30. Easy to get about and the countryside is simply stunning bring on the edge of Dartmoor National Park. Our room, No 7, was a large 4-poster room with stunning views from 3 sides. There is a cafe attached which belongs to the owners and the serve lovely breakfasts and amazing coffee. It was peaceful and tranquil.

Family-owned established. Everyone was very friendly, helpful and accommodating. The room was spacious, clean, well appointed and had plenty of light as well as tea, coffee, biscuits and even a hairdryer (didn't need it but many guests will appreciate this in a smaller hotel). The breakfast was varied enough to satisfy and the portions were more than generous... struggled to finish on first day, so ordered less afterwards!. Highly recommended and have already decided to stay there again when I'm doen in Devon. An easy 10 out of 10!
