Wonderful breakfast. Very busy so topped up regularly. Good size room and bed. Very comfortable.

Booked a room with disabled facilities. Although on a level access found issues as a disabled person. Toilet too low and no grab rails so had to wake husband in night to help. Shower cubicle not accessible as high step in and again no grab rails.

"Perfect base for our walking holiday"

Warm welcome, friendly staff, attention to detail in our room, comfy bed, great shower. Excellent breakfast options, all well cooked and presented. Main dinner menu extensive and reasonable price. Unpretentious but so well cooked and presented. The staff couldn't do enough for us. On our last evening we had the carvery, meats and veg all sourced locally. Phenomenal value, hats off to the chef!

Towel rail didn't work should have reported it. Really, can't think of anything else.
