Hotel Triada

Hello! Hotel is well located with available parking lot front of it. Easy to find and quick access to leave the city. Room was confortable and clean. Even the bathtube (with bubble options) was clean (you never know what "surprises" can be find when turning on the system :D ) Front desk people very nice. Cosmetics available in the room and mini bar fully furnished. only few DETAILS which could have made our stay perfect. Not bad points as stated a bit bellow: not amazing breakfast but it will do the job (i was expecting more variety but it was an honest breakfast, not to be considered as a MINUS nor a PLUS, more in between ahah) Coffee machine available for the breakfast is giving disgusting coffee (it is my and my friend feeling/taste only, we didnt asked for another coffee from the bar) No curtain or water protection in the bathtube. taking your shower will spread water all over the bathroom friendly front desk office but not really able to give informations. We asked for a place for food and a bar. We didnt get answer when is available FRONT of the hotel (behind trees) a nice place. Not big deal, google knows everything :D Free bottle of water and coffee would have make the stay perfect (I didnt saw any mention in the room about it, possibly missed it) For sure, our next stay for a concert will be in Triada!

stayed overnight enroute to London. Close to airport. Room was very large with 2 double beds, very comfortable and clean. Lovely onsite restaurant and bar. Staff were extremely helpful. Breakfast was super/ Will definitely stay here again.

Very comfortable beds and everything was very clean. Great pressure from the shower. The breakfast was excellent with a very very wide selection and hot and fresh food! Very reasonably priced and in a good and quiet location.

Safe underground parking , good wifi , good breakfast , nice staff

This Hotel is not only spotlessly clean, stylish and interesting which also has a lift ( helpful for the elderly) but has large rooms showers/bath mini bar etc with the best breakfast ever in Bulgaria with extensive choice from yogurt’s,cereal, fresh fruit,bulgarian banitzia, scrambled and boiled eggs, bacon the list goes on 👍 all I can say is try it you won’t be disappointed. The Staff were very attentive and friendly helping with taxis to Airport and storing luggage until we left excellent service 👍

We arrived late and were warmly welcomed , we decided to hire a car and the young lady in reception called Vicky helped us in translating and organised it for us, she went the extra mile great asset to the hotel! In fact all the staff were friendly and hotel accommodation was of high standard not far from airport , fully recommend it !

Breakfast guy was nice and friendly. The desk was different---could not do a simple additional charge for additional person in room. Had booked thru Expedia two twin beds but mistaken put 1 person. Desk made me change via phone call to Expedia, who call her at the desk and she replied "OK". Took 15 minutes. Either personnel are not empowered make simplistic changes from procedure or they have not gotten the concept of a helpful friend people behind the desk.

One of the nicest little Bulgarian hotels I've been! Amazing staff and great restaurant menu! The rooms are kept very tight and have enough space- bed was very comfortable. The hotel is quite close to the airport, in a calm location. Can highly recommend to others! Thanks!

The hotel does a lovely breakfast, the staff are very helpful and there are parks and restaurants on the door step.
