Hotel Triada

Relatively close to airport, city center. Has a nice park, restaurant and a bar within walking distance. Personnel was helpful, room was clean but typical. Breakfast is very nice, would recommend it! :)

We arrived 12:00 and the lady was very nice. The afternoon man was very bad rude. He said that I can pay the double by credit card but I can’t pay the triple, and I have to pay only cash. He not even try to find any solution. “YOU WILL PAY CASH, THATS IT” our system is like this, he said. We said to pay double with credit card and pay cash the deferent, NO he said. When some from the group paid, he refused to give us a receipt, only when we will check out. Not even any paper that we gave him money. How can I trust a man like him ? Anything we asked, he was very rood. He must be a shepherd to the mountains, not to work in a 4 stars hotel. He was rude all the time.

Although I only stayed for 1 night, the lady that worked the reception was excellent and very helpful. She even knocked at my door in the morning in case I hadn't woken up yet for my early morning cab.

This is very much a modern city hotel in a residential area of Sofia but with a large park nearby which has a large bar in the corner nearest the hotel which is worth spending some time at. There isn't much of interest nearby otherwise, a few shops on the way down the hill between the park fields and not much else. Well decorated, nicely fitted out, reasonable breakfast in the cellar restaurant, perhaps a little lacking in soul. Not the cheapest by Bulgarian standards, but moderately priced and a fairly short drive to the airport.

Hotel was quite close to the airport, in a calm location. Room was clean and quite spacious, wi fi was working, bed was very comfortable. Breakfast OK, staff nice. Can recomend to others. I realy liked that the hot water in the bath was immediate ...

An average typical hotel room. The breakfast was great, very tasty and rich.The window looks towards a living building 20 meters away, very pleasant.... The room smelled a bit of cigarette smoke. Nothing special to me.

I only stayed in the hotel for I night but from what I have seen in that short period the hotel is excellent and I would recommend it.

Outside the center, well located on a hill. Good breakfast, spacious rooms, as usual in BG some derails do not fot well. Ok for some nights and worth the price, late restaurant just opposite. ATM in hotel.

We came to the hotel and.they said they're booked but after we made reservation through expedia, they gave us a room after waiting for the manager. They probably wanted to sell the room later for higher price. Our room had 3 twin beds even though we picked a room with queen bed so we just connected two beds. We stayed one night. Breakfast was good, coffee machine bring the best part of it.

Initial experience was downhill. Tried to contact hotel reception on Wednesday 19th April prior to flight regards info airport bus shuttle service. Hotel reception did not respond numerous telephone calls from myself , my son , and Expedia Customer Services on 19th April. Upon arrival I was taken to my room. I tried to switch on TV, no response. Called reception , night receptionist tried to turn on TV, could not , night receptionist noticed cable had been disconnected and fixed this. TV was on. Next morning on Thursday 20th just before 7am I visited the bathroom & noticed shower enclosure screen was missing - therefore no shower as bathroom would be flooded with water. Visited reception & informed night receptionist who checked me in ( also solved TV connection ) about shower problem. Night receptionist claimed nothing could be done until more Hotel staff checked in. Went back to room & visited reception around 8.30am as my stay was ruined & requested New room. Night receptionist still on duty stated within one hour I would be transferred to New room. Just after 10am I was taken to new room that was double size with a balcony. I could now have a shower and start my vacation break on Thursday 20th instant 12 noon onwards. As it is supposed to be fourstar hotel on EXPEDIA website- initial problems mentioned should never have ocurred in Bulgaria.
