Mondays breakfast No food or ran out of breakfast food at 745 had to wait for more food to be cooked

It was the worst. Came back from a family dinner. Got off elevator at the 3rd floor to smell someone smoking pot. The closer we got to our room the worst it got. Told the person on duty at the front desk because she can't leave the desk to see itfor her self. So went back to room tried to go to bed. Seemed like the smell was coming through the walls. Then next room over had Tv on full blast all night long. Tried to call front desk to see if she could take care of the but the phone didn't work. So we checked out about 4am.

Even after a remodel this one is sub par. TV was intermittent at best. Sometimes it worked, most times not. Breakfast was a joke. Either burned or frozen. Towels looked and felt 5 years old. Flat, not fluffy and worn too. Next trip to Odessa it's the Garden Inn 2 doors down.

The bed was very comfortable and the pillows were fluffy. The room was as very good size. The only thing is the shower head needed to be cleaned. The staff was pleasant especially the lady in the kitchen area. She was very helpful made sure we had what we needed.

Bathroom vanity light didn't work. Bathroom mirror had peeling on the molding around it. Shower head was crusted over with corrosion. Towels leave something to be desired. Room temperature didn't get very cool. Breakfast was pretty good. Plenty of options.

My room could use some remodeling considering it’s a Holiday Inn. The photo attached is where the refrigerator is at. What holding the refrigerator is falling apart. ?????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????

I like the hotel but the air conditioner was not cooling. I requested pillows late at night and they didn't have so they would bring in the morning never did I had to ask for it again for the pillow. They told me breakfast was until 10 am never mention weekday was until 9.30 am the same happen to another lady. The American lady from the breakfast was very nice and apologies for the breakfast issued The bed was very comfortable

Clean but pool was not able to be used so we only stayed one night. The Holiday Inn was more expensive than any place around. They claim to give military discounts but in fact charged us full price on our bill. 238$ for one night! There was also no bath tub and the channels were terrible on the tv. Please check your options around you before renting here. Too expensive.
