From the moment you arrive, the staff makes you feel genuinely welcomed — not in the rehearsed, transactional way you sometimes encounter at luxury properties, but with a warmth and attentiveness that feels almost personal. They anticipate your needs before you even express them, and that rare ability to make a guest feel truly cared for is, without question, the hotel’s greatest strength. The pool is simply stunning vast, beautifully maintained, and the kind of place where hours disappear without notice. Whether you are looking to swim laps or simply lounge in the Moroccan sun, it delivers completely. Breakfast is a highlight in its own right. The setting is calm and unhurried, with an atmosphere perfectly designed to ease you into the day. No noise, no rush just a genuinely relaxing start to the morning which in a city as vibrant and energetic as Marrakech is something to treasure. On the dining front, during my stay the hotel was in the process of opening a Beef Bar one of my personal favourite restaurant concepts in the world. An exciting addition that will only elevate the overall experience further. The room was generous in size and immediately welcoming. A large balcony with a beautiful view added real character to the stay. If I were to be entirely honest, the décor leans slightly more classic than contemporary but given the space, the outlook, and the sheer comfort on offer, this felt completely irrelevant. Some things simply do not need to be modernised. In short: exceptional service, a magnificent pool, a peaceful breakfast experience, and spacious, comfortable accommodation. Should I find myself returning to Marrakech — and I very much hope to — there is no question where I would stay. Highly recommended.

Travaux à 1h du matin avec bruit infernal juste en dessous de la chambre. Nous avons du nous mobiliser en plein milieu de la nuit pour faire arrêter les travaux . C’est inacceptable !

Dommage de n’avoir pas pu profiter de la magnifique réception qui était encore en travaux. Mais le personnel est tellement gentil que nous avons pu la voir en avant première et franchement c’est magnifique.
