Reservamos taxi para la mañana siguiente y no lo tenían reservado. Hicimos el check out y se desentendieron. Gracias a una persona de recepción que nos ayudó.

GBGood location, decent size pool and the food was very good (if a little pricey). Room was a decent layout and plenty of space.
Little touches would have made the stay perfect. Check in it took me to chase to find out our room was ready (had advised flight arrival time). Even when the room was ready they didn’t come to tell us. I had requested a bed be made up for my daughter - it wasn’t and took an age. Food in the hotel is top end on price. Some of the staff are really good - room cleaners and pool attendants - the reception staff are not quite as on it and it took over 40 mins and 3 chasers for a drink to arrive after ordering. All minor points but overall would recommend.
