GBGBStaff were very helpful and friendly, particularly the room cleaners. Bed and bedroom was good. Nice outdoor swimming pool. Easy walk into city centre.
The Spa was closed for repair. We had booked this Hotel particularly because of the Spa facilities and nobody had let us know on the website or before we arrived that it was closed and likely to be closed for some time. Breakfast was OK, but food was not kept hot enough and some of the fruit was past its sell by date.
