The room was clean.

Our air conditioner was either so cold as soon as we would turn it up it would go right to the heat and got so hot, turned it back down and froze again. Not very comfortable all night. Also we did not enjoy the powered eggs for breakfast. Glad to leave.

We had a very enjoyable stay. Everything was clean. Staff were friendly. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was yummy with enough options to satisfy our different tastes. We like the location.

"Una pena de hotel con muchos ruidos"

El tamaño de la habitación. El parking y el staff. La localización.

Los suelos de madera existentes transmiten todos los ruidos de la planta superior (los pasos, los movimientos, ....). Las ventanas no aíslan del ruido exterior y la maquinaria de la piscina entra/para en funcionamiento 3 veces cada minuto (sin exagerar, cada 18 seg exactamente). Es muy difícil dormir. La iluminación de la habitación es escasa.

Parking was free and plentiful. The check in process was very easy. Lexi was polite, friendly, and was able to supply a couple of needed items for my husband and me. The room was exceedingly clean and the beds very comfortable. There was no noise. None. The bathroom was clean and well-supplied. The breakfast was what you expect from this chain, but we enjoyed it. Upon checkout, Nicole was kind and helpful. I truly have no complaints.

"We will stay in Hampton inn again, just not this one !"

Property was easy to find as well as in/out of the property

Male General manager was exceptionally rude & very unprofessional not only to the group leader but in front of the students as well. not a lot of variety for breakfast , hours to amenities are not open long . An individual stay will be fine but group bookings , they aren’t accommodating .

"Overpriced for the value, stay somewhere a lot less expensive and you won’t miss out on anything."

Nice lobby, very clean

The pool hours were very inconvenient. We spent $485 on a room for two nights was to be able to use the hot tub, but by the time we got in for the evening it was closed (apparently at 10). Then it doesn’t open again in the morning until 8 AM which is too late for us to be able to benefit from it before we head out for the day. Would be a much better value and far more preferable if the pool was open from 6 AM until midnight as it is at most of your competitors. Also check out time was 11 AM however housekeeping was knocking on our door an hour and a half before we had to check out. Again, when we pay $485 for two nights, we expect to be able to use the room until checkout. Without interruption. Breakfast was the exact same as other hotels that are a third the price.
