"Staff is untrustworthy and stole money."

I booked through hotels.com and paid when I reserved on August 3rd. My bank account shows the payment went through. I checked out today and get a phone call shortly after saying that they were never paid through hotels.com so the hotel charged me for my stay as well. So either hotels.com stole from me or La Quinta did....either way, i was screwed out of money

"Aggravated and won’t be back to that Hotel"

The Staff

I couldn’t get a receipt. When I was checking out the front desk person said she could just email me my receipt. I said that would be fine. Later that evening when I got home, I checked my email and no receipt. So I called the Hotel asking them to email me my receipt. After being left on hold for a while, the lady came back on the phone and said she couldn’t give me a receipt. I would have to get that from Booking. Com. I said I had gotten receipts from other La Quinta Hotels, most recently in June in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee.

"One Night Stay"

Hotel staff was very friendly and even called us when housekeeping found my son's switch he had left. It is close to Walmart and eating places so I would recommend staying here.
