Kuum Hotel & Spa

The hotel was exceptionally clean, and I especially want to highlight the housekeeping staff—our room cleaner was truly excellent and kept everything spotless every day. The spa was impressive, with professional therapists and a relaxing atmosphere. The staff overall were friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The location was great, and although the beach area is not sandy, the music and ambiance were enjoyable. Spending the day by the sea was a real pleasure.

There were quite a lot of stairs around the property, which could be tiring. While the breakfast tasted good and the service was nice, it would be better if they added more variety—perhaps offering different options on different days. The service at the beach was also a bit slow.

I have mentioned that I didnt want to have the lower level room and confirmed it with the guy at the reception, however they placed us to the lower level room at first then it has changed after couple phone calls with the lobby. felt like kidding with us. The pizza that they served had 2 inches long metal piece inside, that would be a fatal mistake for them if I didnt chew it well. during the check out I have requested a buggy because the room is pretty far away then the lobby section and buggy didnt come for an hour and a half so I had to carry all the stuff by myself to my car. needs a lot of change starting from the guy at the lobby named Erkan.

Very disappointing experience. I paid 3,500 TL and couldn’t even sit near the beach. The staff was unfriendly and unhelpful, and there was no atmosphere at all. Almost all the good spots were “reserved,” so you’re left without a decent place to sit. The number of umbrellas is very limited — expect to stay under the sun with no shade and no assistance. Definitely not worth the price.

Eğer eski kuum otel müşterisiyseniz hiçbişeyin eskisi gibi olmadığını belirtmek isterim.Servis güler yüz yemekler sandığımız gibi değildi.Hayal kırıklığı yaşadık.Beach işletmesi değişmiş ve değiştiği çok belli pideden zehirlendik.Fiyat performansı karşılamadı eğer çok pahalı ücretlerden Oda almayı planladıysanız tekrar düşünün.

Overall - excellent! Figen and her team were all helpful and made my stay very comfortable. The view from the room was stunning as well and hotel was well located. I really recommend Kuum!
