Ambience is super, very clean and exceptional staff. Particularly Begüm and Figen at reception especially Dilay by beach side and Mehmet Ali who was event organiser at Galia.

Geçen yılda kuumu tercih ettiğimiz için bu yıl balayımızda tercih etmek istedik. Hiç yanılmamışız iyi ki kuum otel diyoruz. Servis kalitesi , yemeklerin lezzeti, odaların düzenli temizliği balayımızı çok güzel geçirmemize sebep oldu. Özellikle beach kısmında Dilay Hanım’a sonsuz teşekkürler. Müşteri memnuniyetini en üstte tutmak için elinden geleni yaptı kendisine sonsuz sevgiler. Girişten çıkışa kadar güleryüzü ve samimiyetleri için tüm kuum otel çalışanlarına teşekkür ederiz. The most stunning views and right on the water. The cabanas and water hammocks were amazing. Staff was very helpful. Rooms were cleaned twice daily. Golf carts to get around the property. Menu was amazing as well. DJ plays great music all day so the vibe is also incredible. Superb property and fantastic holiday. Can’t wait to come back!

Not really a dislike but the gym could have more updated equipment.

I had the most exceptional stay at Kuum Hotel, I loved the view, the spacious & clean rooms and the delicious food. All amenities were available and within walking distance, but if you didn’t prefer to walk, buggies are available around the clock and just a few minutes away. Staff were amazing, friendly and helpful. Unfortunately I can’t remember all the names, but Figen, Mert and Ahmed were super amazing and made my stay extraordinary. Also restaurant staff and housekeeping staff were amazing as well. Almost everyone spoke English, but the ones who didn’t, they tried their best to help out. I’m already planning my next visit there :)!
