The turndown was twice a day, great location, beautiful beach club and sea friendly staff

The room service was closed due to a wedding - the spa was also rude and no AC in the gym

Room cleaning was perfect, thanks to Filiz Hanim and her teammate. Also Alena Hanim at the restaurant deserves 5*. In general, all the hotel staff was helpful and respectful.

Hotel management and beach club/restaurant management are different, so the client profile. Hard to give an order ( as the staff are not wearing a uniform) until get familiar with the faces. As the season is about to end, restaurant's menu was limited.

"Perfect location and a great place with lovely beach club to enjoy your stay in Bodrum. Loved it"

Just loved the way the staff at beach club were so attentive. The director of f and b was just amazing. So helpful and helpful with general information too.

The air conditioning turns off too too quickly when you open balcony doors. And was annoying to turn on etc. That's the only minor thing they need to improve
