5 stars hotel so old ! Grasses are brown, grounds in construction, furnitures bined face to the beach, pipes visible, no light on stairs and very dirty everywhere ! Poor breakfast even orange juice is an extra and they don’t know how to make scramble eggs ! The worst is the beach parasols in macrame totally useless we can’t hide from the sun i had 3 hit-suns during the stay ! At the end of the day you are tired because you caught too much sun ! These places have to be forbidden because of public health danger ! You simply get a cancer by coming on holidays ! More over the service is made by amateurs who don’t know how to serve their customers. Loud music starts at 2 pm and never stops in case you want to have a nape… it is simply impossible ! Don’t come or you will ever regret it !

The room was big

For the price you pay the value is very little, breakfast is very limited, beach is small, service was takig forever even for a bottle of water

The location was closed to Turkbuku that’s the only thing I liked about.

Hotel was super old very disappointed with all experience

It used to be a hype hotel. But now run by a different group, totatlly unprofessional. Not up to the standards you would expect for what you pay. Breakfast 2 star hotel level at the best. Lunch menu is limited and tasteless. Fully paid the night before I as had a very flight in the morning before my daughter, when I left , the receptionist was alarmednot only called the room many times but also sent security to the room

Odanın genişliği manzarası çok ferahtı. Kullanılan tekstil ürünleri çarşaf yastık vs kaliteliydi. Kahvaltı çok kısıtlı ve zayıftı. Otelin içerisinde bulunan gece kulubü işletmesinde her akşam dj performans olduğu için gece 1-2 ye kadar çok gürültülü oluyor oda izolasyonu yeterli olmadığı için gece rahat uyuyamayabilirsiniz.bizim için çok problem değildi. Masaj ve hamam kısmını kullandık fiyatları abartılı değildi ve hizmet güzeldi geniş bir spa alanı var. Bar kısmındaki personel ilgili ve iyiler Servis kısmındaki personelin geliştirilmesi gerekiyor, Çok tekrarlamak zorunda kalabilirsiniz siparişi veya ben böyle anlamışım diyip başka bir ürün getirip değiştirmemekte ısrarcı olabiliyorlar.

A very nice and special Hotel, with a lot of diffuculties to swim. The rooma are spacious, We used the beach very well last years. But this year hotel guests cant use first-line sunbeds, umbrellas are semi- transparent, the is no shadow spot anymore. They covered the piear with glass to stop the wind ( for the comfort of outcoming guests. Most of the time very loud music during the day on the beach. The snack menu is very pure, you only have an italian fish restaurant day& night. The breakfast is ultraaaaaa poor like 2 star. Hotel changed, beach changed. I used to stay there since 3 years. But i cancelled my reservation in September.

The location, the staff at the hotel and cleanness.

The hotel and the staff was wpnderful. However the beach is a run by seperate company not by hotel. So the guests cannot use the beach freely. Dedicated section is next to a loud music and very crowded. Of you want to sit further, you need to pay extra entrence fee which makes no sense for a hotel guest. I hope the hotel will run the beach itself instead of letting another company to run. As a hotel guest i wpuld like to use the beach freely and instead of pressure on spending extra constantly.

If you’re looking for a place with great views and can overlook the service delays, this might be worth considering. Otherwise, you might want to weigh the pros and cons.
