The front staff person working on Christmas Eve helped me out, gave me a quiet room. I have misophonia, so I appreciated her efforts. I don't like that pets are allowed there.

"Love Hampton Inn"

We are always pleased with Hampton Inn. We had a very late check in and the late staff was friendly and offered water. The cleaning staff and all other staff were exceptional. It was an emotional trip and the staff made it a little easier. Thank you.

The low toilet seat. Lol

"A wonderful rest from traveling madness."

Unfortunately we left the hotel prior to breakfast. The location was great, secure, and a pleasant. It was also far enough from Rt 95 to leave the madness behind.

"Updating the check out times. "

The stay was great. The check out time on the reservation didn’t match what the hotel has their actual checkout time set as. The reservation said checkout at 12 and the check out was actually 11. House keeping didn’t care what the reservation said at all. She walked away while I was talking and had the front desk call up to the room. I was literally standing in my towel talking to house keeping she knew I was getting dressed to leave out. The front desk was sort of polite and told me to take my time but still argued me down about the check out time as if I wasn’t misinformed. There was no apology for the confusion or anything just a lot of attitude. It would be great if hotels.com had the actual times for check out to cut the confusion. This is the second time it’s happened.
