The reception staff were friendly and polite.

The room have no air con and so are unbearable in this heat. Bathrooms are smelly.

The staff were very friendly. The house keeping team left a nice wee birthday surprise decor and wine on the desk for my daughter's birthday. We truly appreciated the thoughtfulness.

I did not like the fact there wasnt a fridge in the room, the weather was too warm and we ended up having a lot of warm water drinks. Secondly on our 3rd day of breakfast, some of the food like sausage was out of stock, my kids are picky with food, and that morning was a bit frustrating.

Staff were very helpful and welcoming.

Only 1 thing to comment on was the stained grouting makes it look dirty even though it isn't. Didn't affect stay but it does effect the overall look of a nice bathroom.
