Great bed had a really good sleep

No trays in the breakfast area making it difficult to carry my food to my table, and there were no staff available to assist

"Clean, friendly, good value stay"

Very friendly hotel staff, especially the woman who checked us in and out and looked after our bags who was very helpful and personable. Very close to train station and also university so perfect for Uni open day. Very clean room and bathroom and very good value stay. Free breakfast including cooked and continental was a bonus.

Loved the parking. The staff were OUTSTANDING. The room was spacious and extremely comfortable. The breakfast was decent.

No air-conditioning, which meant I had to have the window open all night and the cars were really noisy on the road. But I still slept OK.

Hotel room and generally the hotel was clean. The reception staff were were courteous. We had a problem with the shower and it was resolved very quickly.

It could be improved, we started breakfast at 9.00 but there was no brown bread or croissant left. Maybe have a few more items for selection
