Friendly staff great for a chat upon arrival. comfortable beds and rooms are v well maintained and cleaned. location is very good, close to CC. Good choice of drinks at bar. Nice breakfast. Overall great stay any time I visit here,

Small thing but disappointing that it is fully cashless. Would like the option to pay with cash for food/drink etc.

Nice hotel room. Great sized room and bed. Was comfortable. Staff were pleasant.

Location was quite difficult to find entrance even using sat nav. Took me down a one way and then a bus lane which i didn't realise was a bus lane till i was already on and down the road. Ended up going 2 mile out of way to then have to come back on my self. Got a fine for going down a bus lane for my troubles.
