"Nice hotel and lots of shops, restaurants, and amenities nearby."

The place is brand-spanking new, so it is clean, fresh, and the room I had was very nice. Big shout-out to the deskclerk "Joe" who was on duty when I checked-in. Very nice, very professional, and just a nice guy. I arrived at check-in a bit frazzled from having to drive through Sacramento traffic at the end of a 7-hour drive. By respecting my frazzledness (?), he showed he appreciated me as a guest and as a human being.

I had to take the dogs out for a walk at 11pm, and I wasn't sure if there was a security person hanging out in the parking lot, or just some random person. That was a little unsettling.

Wonderful room with a small couch and ottoman. Work desk and plenty of storage. We could unpack and put suitcases away. Full fridge, microwave, sink and 2 burner stove. Very comfortable bed as well. Plenty of towls. The room was very clean. Good breakfast with lots of choices. Love the Bonvoy chain.

The breakfast was ok.

The shower head in the bathroom was broken and spilled water everywhere when turned on. Was not able to shower. The front desk couldn't do anything about it.
