JW Marriott The Rosseau Muskoka Resort & Spa

It was an amazing experience. Loved my time from the moment I walked in to the spa until I departed. Exceptional attention to detail. Mohammed was a staff member who stood out for me . My masseuse was excellent at making me comfortable throughout my time with them Thank-you for a relaxation extreme

We loved the service and the staff. Very pleasant and very attentive. Our room was also just perfect with a great view

The room could have been cleaner. A few things I noticed

Ruchi at the Hydro Spa was extremely professional and helpful, she genuinely went out of her way to help us out. Much appreciated! However, the resort overall needs some work, staff are warm and helpful however water in our room kept running ice cold.

Massage was great, but the water circuit was terrible. Outdoor hot tub was dangerously hot - like boiling - and I usually like it hot, but this was unusable, and it was green. The outdoor sauna had no light so you're sitting in the dark. Neither men's or woman's steam room were working, and women's sauna wasn't working. Men's hot tub in change room wasn't hot. Showers weren't hot. So it seemed very amateur for the very expensive rates being charged. We will be asking for a refund as it was the main reason we booked at the JW Marriott and no-one flagged that services wouldn't be available. Too bad given the view!

Had an amazing experience at JW Muskoka! Honest y everything from start to finish was amazing and I loved how thoughtful and warm the staff were. One of the highlights of my experience was ice cave dining where we had some juicy steak and lamb, it was so nice to see the Chef cook outside in a cauldron! I also loved the ice bar and other amenities such as the spa, sauna, heated pool and so much more. Our room was incredible - completely beautiful and clean. Perfect for couples and families I absolutely would recommend booking this hotel - the staff go above and beyond to make sure you have the best experience!

I recently stayed at JW Marriott The Rosseau Muskoka Resort and Spa and overall had a wonderful time. The resort itself is beautiful, with stunning surroundings and a peaceful atmosphere that really makes you feel like you have escaped the city. The lobby and public areas are well kept, warm, and inviting. The staff were excellent throughout my stay. Everyone I interacted with was friendly, attentive, and genuinely eager to help. It is clear that the team takes pride in delivering a great guest experience, and that truly stood out. There is one thing future guests should be aware of when booking. Although the general experience was very positive, the additional charges were surprising. Parking is now thirty dollars per day, which feels excessive for a location that is far from any urban center. You are already charged a forty nine dollar resort fee each night, so it would be reasonable to assume parking is included as part of the resort services. The resort fee itself covers things like access to amenities, but having a separate parking charge on top of that does not feel justified. Thirty dollars to park in the middle of the wilderness is hard to understand. This is an important detail to keep in mind when budgeting for your stay. The resort is beautiful, the staff are fantastic, and the overall atmosphere is lovely, but these extra costs can add up quickly. If the hotel could reconsider how these fees are structured or at least make them clearer at the time of booking, it would go a long way in improving guest satisfaction. Despite this, the stay was enjoyable and the quality of service from the team was outstanding.

My facial with Ivy was exceptional. I didn’t want it to end. My husband was impressed with his RMT Mark. We enjoyed our services so much we booked more the following day. The entire team at Hydrospa, including Debra at the front desk, were welcoming, helpful, caring and experienced. The Hydrospa is the perfect opportunity to enhance self-care at the J.W. Marriott at Rosseau.

We waited over an hour for our breakfast and I was so sick on the way home. I felt nauseous and I was sick for about a week throwing up stomach aches. I’m sure it’s from that old omelette, they served me. The customer service was the worst I’ve ever seen. Very slow food was not only bad, but it had gone bad

The atmosphere is calm, clean, and inviting. The staff were warm, professional, and passionate about wellness. Our estheticians were skilled, attentive, and friendly. Everything from the ambient music to the aromatherapy and the immaculate facilities contributed to a luxurious experience. I left feeling refreshed, relaxed, and already looking forward to my next visit.

It needs deep cleaning! They were letting dogs by the side of the indoor pool! Very overpriced .
