I was blessed to be there on my bday. The place is magical , the view is priceless. They send me a bday gift to my room with a handwritten bday card. Everyone was friendly and kind. Thank you.

Our stay was awesome, I have no issues. Only thing I would recommend is change all the shower heads to hand held. The shower is small and uncomfortable to give a child a shower when the shower head is so high and the shower is a 3’ X 3’. Hand held shower head is the best thing in washing yourself. We stayed in the 2 bedroom executive suite. There was 8 of us and one night we cooked dinner. I lt will be nice if there was more bowls to put our food to serve from.

We were very impressed with the JW Marriott The Rousseau Muskoka, its beautiful surroundings and excellent service by all the staff we interacted with beginning with the reception desk and at the restaurants. We would definitely visit this beautiful resort again.

We had a fantastic stay at this Marriott! Stayed here for a friends wedding and the staff was amazing. We bought the day pass to the spa and were so impressed that we bought it again the second day! All the facilities were amazing, the massage chair was really incredible.
