Service was mediocre - spa didn’t return my calls. Restaurant service was very subpar. Coffee cups slammed on table, had to ask for basic service like milk, spoon or salt.

Meals are fine but expensive.

Dated , it needs a complete Reno Rooms, balcony, everything needs some freshening up We are paying a lot of money, this place needs some care

Too many kids. Never had our room cleaned. Slow service in restaurants

Had a 2 bedroom suite..4 nights the view was stunning The room was dirty hair in the Bath Tub.. I used 24 Lysol wipes to clean room. I rate cleanliness a 1 overall and rate property a 8. Had to call for towels and to have room cleaned. Cleaning staff are rude. Front desk was not helpful in facilitating a good outcome with cleaning staff.

The staff was friendly and helpful.

The seating in the lobby area around the bar and the fireplaces needs to be much better and cozier so guests can enjoy drinks and lounge around, especially in the evening. The chhairs and sofas are old and dated, too big and uncomfortable, and moreover meant for large groups. There should be lot more seating for families and couples.

Die Zimmer wurden sehr spärlich gereinigt! An keinen Tag wurde der Boden gesaugt! Zwei mal auch keine Gläser und Tassen abgewaschen!
