Almost everything. The staff are super nice and helpful. All facilities were clean and functional. Pools were clean and warm. Our room was ok. They even extended our stay for free.

Definitely not a place for young kids. The beach is extremely far (down about 100-150 large stone steps) meaning we had to carry our daughter every time. When we called a shuttle to get us at the lake to bring us back to the hotel, it never came. I had to call the front desk 4x to get them to bring the bags to our room. The kiddie pool is extremely far from the resort. The elevators broke down. I got an eye infection and our entire family got noro after staying there :(. Beautiful views - but not for families. Front desk was horrendous and rude. Check in was a disaster (rooms were not ready on time - which is a pain after travelling all that way to get there with young kids). We ate at one of the restaurants and the kids salmon was completely raw inside (like sushi-level raw). Room was dirty (probably how we all got noro and possibly how I got an eye infection). Overall, don’t bring your family here. The “beach” is extremely small and not big enough for everyone and people just leave their garbage there so it was SO dirty.
