Had great service

Exactly as I expected. Nothing fancy, but clean cheap and fairly inexpensive.

Could not check in. Front desk is closed from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am. Arrived at 11:30 pm. Did not know establishment did not allow late check in. If I had known this, would not have booked.

Convenient one floor to our room. Secure entry after 10pm. Quiet.

I work in boone and stay in a hotel and its great

The property was clean but dated. Our service was fine. The "continental breakfast" was coffee/juice and a honey bun from a box. The pool was closed for the season, even though it's an indoor pool. There is a connected Mexican restaurant, which was convenient. The room price was maybe a little high for what we received.

When I showed up on Friday they booked me into a dirty room and then move me to another room that had no towels why do I said that the pool was open and then the following day they said nope it's close for the season because it's not heated they refuse to give me a refund and I want a refund now this was a horrible place they also had six cockroaches in the hotel room. I asked for more towels at 10:00 at night and she said no they are right there you aren't getting anymore

Didn’t get to use the indoor pool, walls were super thin could hear everything. Couldn’t even watch anything on the tv the channels were not working due to cloudy skies.
