Good service...sketchy neighborhood

The place was decent. Just had problems with our key the whole 1st night.

The check in process was quick and easy. The female clerk that checked us in was very nice and friendly. The room was clean but the bed was extrememly uncomfortable. The check out process was very odd. The door to the lobby was locked so we had to ring a buzzer and when the clerk finally answered, he was rude and unhelpful.

They are refurbishing the hotel. Moved to a room that was away from the construction. Unfortunately some lights in the bathroom and room did not work nor did the refrigerator.

The beds were very uncomfortable. We were up at 6:30 and went to the continental breakfast that was from 5:30-9:30am. There wasn’t any food and no staff around to ask about it. Very disappointing.

Very old property although clean. Safe door lock broke with no respo se from office staff

Very basic, everything pretty warn-out and old looking. However, they did have all amenities like fridge, microwave… coffee and packaged sweets in the lobby in AM. Despite being old and worn, it did appear clean. We thought the bed was very comfortable. We felt safe and things were quiet all night. I would stay here again - although I think it was overpriced for the age of property.

The lights were all on one switch so if y shut off the light the plugins did not work. The bathroom had not been cleaned. The toilet was not even flushed. The best thing was the shower had lots of pressure.

Old in need of repair, stinks

I don't like stairs and I was placed on the third floor. The shower didn't drain properly. It just seemed like a $50 dollar room that I was charged $90 for. It was clean! No coffee service or even a drinking glass in the room. On the room key it says to drop off the key. There was no drop box.
