American Inn & Suites

Friendly and helpful staff. Dated hotel and could benefit from a remodel, but beds were comfortable and room was clean. The disappointing part of our stay - pool is closed indefinitely, no breakfast or even coffee stating due to Covid, but no attempt at a grab and go bag as other hotels are doing. At this point most hotels have restarted regular breakfast services - so I do not feel Covid can be used as an excuse anymore. Their price is too high without these amenities! Another thing we thought was kinda funny - room key card has printed 20% off your purchase at the local Burger King so we thought of grabbing a Whopper after a long day of driving - the place has closed! Bonus though - hotel is attached to a Mexican restaurant which has great food and margaritas!

My peep hole was stuffed with tissue on the door door didn’t close right

No shower curtain; no cups/plastic glasses for water; lamp above table didn’t work (and it wasn’t a burned out bulb because I tried the bulb in one of the other lamps and it worked).

This is the worst hotel we have never stayed. The room and furniture are so old and worn out. There was breakfast included at booking. We booked believing that it would match the standards of American Inn and Suites. We were misled by the name.

This place was cozy and very clean and comfortable for the price. It is dated so if you are looking for a spiffy updated marble bathroom, this isn't it. Bath sink has chips and same with Tub but everything worked just fine again for the price! It's perfect for an overnight stay though if you are on a budget. Worked great for me!

Didnt like the lighting in the bathroom. Hard to find the light switch.

First get there and room wasn’t cleaned. Toilet ran all the time, tv control didn’t work, fire alarm beeped all the time. No enough towels in room.

Breakfast was bad coffee in a styrofoam cup. The toilet was so low I had to help My wife get off it. The TV had three images. The pool had so much chlorine it made my eyes water in the hallway.
