Separate cabins and beautiful gardens with view of Arenal volcano. Hot spring was a later evening treat.

Lots of families with small farm for kids. Good for families, maybe not so good for adults traveling sans children. Assume high theft rate as we were kept at check out until house keeping checked our room That’s a first. Very touristy but manageable area.

Loved the hot springs and beautiful grounds! Our kids loved seeing all the farm animals. Our rooms were very nice and comfortable. The staff everywhere were very kind and helpful. Hope they don’t change a thing and it stays the same forever. Also amazing free breakfast!

Cute little village hotel, with multiple hot springs and also normal swimming pool. The rooms are clean and the garden was luxuriant. Great place to stay with kids as they have a farm where children can get involved if they want to. The hotel has a small playground. We had a double room, with two large beds, big enough to fit 2 adults and 2 children. We also saw a sloth on the hotel grounds.

Reception staff were excellent and extremely helpful and accommodating. Bar and restaurant staff similarly excellent. Very beautiful landscape and hot pools. Farm was very popular for children to pick eggs, milk the cow and feed the calf. The spa was exceptional and very relaxing, but a bit pricy

Restaurant breakfast menu limited - we were offered a couple of alternatives towards the end of our stay which helped. Generally, food was reasonably but not exceptional.
