Clarkson Street Apartments

Facilities were fab. I loved the kitchen area. Had everything we needed and more and it was shut away behind cupboard doors which I loved as it was hot and needed windows open but that kept the flies away by keeping food behind the doors. Fab location. Very spacious. It was like our own little apartment. Loved it.

Nothing. If I was being picky like I think some people can be judging by some of the reviews I see.. There was some tweezers found on the floor on the metal between the stairway and bedroom carpet which were easily missed as we hadn't noticed it until the second day and an inhaler under the sofa so some people might say it hadn't been cleaned properly but I know that most of the time you just hoover the carpet area that is walked on as that makes sense so those things were understandably missed. And the plug was a bit slow at draining in shower but those were the only things and didn't really bother us at all. I mean you can't beat what you get here especially for the price

It was really homely, spacious and comfortable. Fully equipped with all you need

Housekeeping may need retraining to realise they need to clean on top of surfaces correctly

Może i wystrój nie jest futurystyczny ale za to jest czysto i schludnie. Najpotrzebniejsze sprzęty są no i przede wszystkim czysta świeża pościel i naprawdę rewelacyjne warunki względem ceny. Jest również dosyć tani parking tuż obok, tak że rewelacja i polecam.

The apartment was ok for the money.

I couldn't find it .... It cost me a fortune as even the taxi driver couldn't find it. I then couldn't get in and had to ring a number which was answered by someone with a strong phillipino accent which I couldn't understand.... I was getting more and more panicked as a vulnerable person with disabilities and found the whole check in ... So called self check in .... So stressful I nearly went home. No one should have to put up with this. I'm an ex TEFL teacher used to talking to people with foreign accents .... This this so below standard it was woeful. Don't go there pay a bit more to go somewhere you can find and talk to a real person. This kind of air BnB is ruining Whitby .... I'm not happy and regret going .
