Lovely flat, views to the town and harbour. Good family space

The WiFi didn't work at all. On the second day they did send someone in to fix it, but he couldn't do it and advised they needed the internet provider to fix it. There were no further updates and the WiFi wasn't fixed during our stay. There was no apology or offer of any reimbursement.

Great location good size bedroom to get ready in, there was plenty of heating if you got cold but I didn't so didn't use. The flat was a good size with very easy access. The cooker has seen better day but worked fine. The bed was quite comfortable but the pillows were a bit rubbish

The biggest problem for me was the fridge was extremely noisy it just had a very loud humming all the time. I did ring and Express my concern about it keeping me awake but heard nothing back. It could also do with some blinds in the kitchen and living room also a bit better lighting in the bathroom. Also there a things on the wall that mite have been smoke alarms, they were hanging off and there was a blinking light that was very annoying on a night.

Location, size of apartment.

Bed wasn’t very comfortable and bathroom was a bit dated/tired.
