Clarkson Street Apartments

Great location, lovely and spacious. Clean and tidy

It was noisy with the other guests, had the window open at night and people were smoking outside so had to close it, the metal stairs and key code machine were loud right outside our door.

Breakfast was brilliant and the location was perfect, everywhere I wanted to visit was nearby and not too far

Bed was a bit uncomfortable but not the worst.

The apartment was spacious and had all the basics required for a comfortable stay. Excellent value for money. Brilliant to be able to take our dog. The Waves apartment had an excellent view of the Abbey / St.Mary's church which was a pleasure to look out on day and night.

Some of the furniture and decor would benefit from an update, but this is understandably hard to keep up with and would then affect the value for money. The kennedy grating isn't great for dogs, but we were lucky and our dog was ok with it after the first try. May benefit from what 3 words instead of the postcode to find the property as this took us to the main office. It took us a bit to find it.

Location

Took me ages to find the location…I asked a few folks on the street and they never knew where it was and they were locals! ….i ended up going into the local gym and the receptionist was kind enough to show me where it was…he says he gets asked a lot….

On entering the stairs I could see the above landing was littered with cigarette buts….on entering the apartment it initially looked clean…until fully settled and it was evident it wasn’t sadly…I couldn’t wait to leave early in the morning to be perfectly honest.

Lovely spacious clean apartment, comfy bed, loved the shower. Definitely recommend and book again. Brilliant location 5min walk from centre and beach!

Definitely gives you a good work out walking up the steep hill to apartment

My god the stairs!! I have copd and find breathing difficult there were 27 steps in all and it was hard to cope went up on hands and knees! Eventually only went out once each day we were there don't remember seeilng a preference page on website. Dreadful

Everything was very clean. Everything explained fully how to gain entrance to the suite. A very pleasant place to stay. I will definitely book another break staying in this suite..
