"Cozy B&B at a great location"

Great location, 10 min from center by bus and a stop is right in front. The room was nice, a bit small for 2 people with big bags but totally manageable. Jimmy was really nice, always making sure we have everything!

I would change the furniture in the room to make more space. For example get rid of 2 huge armchairs which are unnecessary Breakfast could have more vegetables

I wanted an old Scottish house vibe and it had that

My room was so tiny, there was no room when I opened my luggage. The hotel is 35 minutes walk to city center. The breakfast was limited. The most annoying part was, when I asked him if they can keep my luggage during the day he said you can put your luggage in the lockers in Central bus station. Not deserving what they are charging

Beautiful place, comfortable room, amazing breakfast options. Jimmy and Fiona were great hosts. Close bus stop that takes you downtown in ten minutes. We would definitely stay here again. .

Good public transportation to downtown. Friendly hosts. Excellent breakfast. Comfortable beds. Strong Wi-Fi. The place is clean and beautiful, both inside and out. I highly recommend it.

On-site parking, located in Old Town, close to the centre of Edinburgh, the Royal Mile and Holyrood. Beautiful rooms with antique furniture, super friendly host, and great breakfast!

"Nice family run hotel"

A family run, welcoming and personal stay. Great location, lovely common areas, generous breakfast.

My room was nicely presented but quite small, making it tight to move around.
